Thursday6:00 p.m.STARTS, THURSDAY, MAY 3 / OMR (Old Man Ride) The name is deceptive, for it is young and female that also participate. It's a 19+ mph average on the same course each week. No drop but you must be able to do a solid 19+ average in a peloton.

8:00 a.m.STARTS THE FIRST WEEK MAY / Lifetime rides that feature a A, B and C ride. A is 20+mph, B is 18-20mph, and C is 14-16 mph averages. These are all "no drop" rides. You do not need to be a member, just sign the waiver. Good ride. Meet in the Northeast corner of the parking lot.

8 or 9:00 a.m.SMR (Sunday Morning Ride) Leaves from different locations on Sunday morning. 20+ average ride. This ride is a "DROP" ride so know the route.

Check this page often for updated listings of all types of cycling events in and around our area. Rides require, at minimum, an appropriate bike in good working order, water, and a helmet. We suggest a spare tube, energy food, maybe a little cash in case we stop, and your biggest smile! Many rides are held subject to weather. It's a good idea to confirm dates, time and any specific requirements, too. We'll see you out there — and have fun!
