Well, we’ve got good news: The Pro’s Closet’s (TPC) TradeUP program can make it that easy.

This lets your local shop (aka Now Bikes!) accept your quality pre-loved bike and apply the credit toward whatever new bike you’ve been dreaming of.

Why use TradeUP?

The TradeUP program is a win-win for everyone. Instead of haggling with strangers on Craigslist or eBay, you can quickly and easily apply your bike’s value to a new bike. Plus, the TradeUP program is free to use. At the end of the day, your shop gets a sale, you get a new bike, and TPC will find a new home for your pre-loved bike.

How it works

There are two ways you can submit your bike to the TradeUP program to get credit at Now Bikes:

1. Go to the Sell // Trade page of TheProsCloset.com. You’ll be asked to log-in or create an account. Then, just provide some basic info about your bike and a few clear photos. TPC will get back to you within 24 hours with an offer, and then you select your local bike shop for TradeUP credit. This is often the easiest method, as some forms of ID are necessary at the time of accepting your offer.

2. We can also submit your TradeUP submission in person if you bring your bike in. We will just use our TPC portal for the submission.

Ride on!

And that's how it works! Once you've received and accepted your offer from TPC you can drop your bike off at our shop for final evaluation, boxing, and shipping (of which all costs are covered by TPC!). Your TradeUP credit is available immediately for use on purchasing a new bike at either of our locations.
