LATE SPRING SESSION 2021
NOW Power Zoom Classes - Fiona Lockhart - Starts February 27th
Choose between Monday's at 6PM or Wednesday's at 6PM or Saturday's at 9:30AM - 8 week* - $175
This class is for riders interested in weekly indoor interval based training. This 8 week progressive course will take riders from an opening threshold test and build and develop their strength and endurance through a wide variety of bicycle specific fitness drills. Guaranteed to make you a stronger cyclist by spring!
• 60 minute class instructed via Zoom
• 20 rider capacity
• Minimum requirements
- Internet access & Zoom compatible device
- Stationary indoor trainer and bicycle
• Recommended equipment
- Power meter or “smart” indoor trainer
- Cadence sensor
- Heart rate monitor
*Each class is held once a week on the given day and time. Riders select a session that fits their schedule and will join each week on that day and time slot for 8 consecutive weeks.
Fiona will coach the Virtual Zoom classes this fall. Her background lies in mountain biking, where she still spends he summers coaching her clients in skills and endurance. But whether you're into mountain biking, road riding, bike path riding, or triathlons, Fiona is guaranteed to show you how to become a stronger cyclist. Her one-on-one approach helps each of her clients to reach their personal goals.
