Details

Scott’s Scale 760 is fast, stable and ready for whatever your cross country rides can dish out. A custom-butted 6061-aluminum frame with a tapered head tube and 100mm-travel RockShox fork keeps you comfortable, on point, and in control. The handlebar-mounted remote control system allows instant lockout for the climbs to increase your speed and efficiency. 27.5-inch Syncros wheels are nimble yet stable, while Maxxis tires stick to the trail like Velcro. Shimano provides a 20-speed drivetrain with an XT rear derailleur so you can tackle any climb, and Shimano hydraulic disc brakes have plenty of power, so you can scrub speed with confidence. Comments:

I've had this bike for a month. I use it for casual riding and on trails and single track riding. If you looking for a good, light, fast, sturdy bike then this is the one you want! The components you get from SCOTT bikes on this bike is way better than any other big name company at this price point! Then when you ride the bike and the seat is comfortable from the start, no breaking-in period needed. The hand grips don't hurt or cause blisters. That is a good sign from the start. Then overall the bike is just very smooth all the way around! When you purchase a bike in this price range, this is what you expect. You shouldn't have to purchase new parts to get the bike where it should be. SCOTT bikes have hit that mark. If you can handle the price and not sure you want to pay more then this will be the highest in price you need to go, trust me you will be very happy from day one! Besides their paint schemes on all of their bikes are pretty nice to say the least!

This is a wonderful, super fast, and very light bike for the price. When I got the bike I could not believe it was aluminum. I thought it was a carbon bike. That's how light it was! The thing that drew me to the Scott Scale 760 was the build. The components you get with this bike, at its price range is way more than other big name bike companies will put on there bikes in the same price range. The only downfall for me was the pedals, but that's something that's easily replaceable.
