Now Bikes Arden Hills presents a 4-week introduction to indoor power training.
Classes are on Sunday afternoons at 1:00 p.m. on Feb. 11, 18, 25 and March 4.
The cost for the 4-week session is a special beginner introductory price of $60 and $90 for returning participants.

The 4-week session includes:
Learning how the Wahoo Kickr works and how to use the Wahoo Fitness App on our IPads (IPad instruction included). The workouts will be one hour in length and designed with a beginner focus - everyone does the same workout, but each person works at his or her own ability. The 4-week session will gradually build on the preceding workout, with explanations of why we are doing what we are doing. Understanding of a glossary of training terms including functional threshold power (FTP), rate of perceived exertion (RPE), watts, cadence, training zones, etc. and why they are important to your training plan.
Make up dates are available if you cannot attend all four.
