Jody Quesnell is a personal trainer, triathlon coach and Pilates instructor. Winning multiple all American awards as a triathlete herself, she has coached beginning athletes all the way through National and World Age group medalists in Triathlons. She has taught cycle classes for over 16 years and through her teaching has coached the mind and body to helping athletes achieve their ultimate physical goals. She is also a 6 time Birkebeiner skier and holds the attitude that no hill ( or 50 of them) is too high or steep to climb. She has 2 kids, 17 and 13 and when not working, loves to take naps, Read and cook.
