My background in health care and preventive health is a perfect fit for physical health, well being, and achieving your personal best! I am a Certified Group Fitness Instructor having taught and coached a variety of classes including aerobics, total body conditioning, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), and indoor cycling classes for over 20 years to all ages.
I fell in love with cycling while cross training through a running injury in high school. I finished that track season with an PR at sectionals having spent most of my training on the bike. From then on my love for cycling and the bike have continued with the desire to share it with others.
I enjoy coaching the adult athlete!
My approach to training begins with setting an intention or goal to pursue your personal best. Just as life is a journey, so is training. A journey to achieve your very best and excel with a focus on quality, balance, and progression along with a mind-body approach and a positive attitude!

I have enjoyed racing and participating in endurance athletic sports since high school and college including running cross country, long distance track events (1 and 2 miles), cycling, and Nordic cross country skiing. I have participated in the American Birkiebiener cross country ski event since Feb 2015, and I am equally excited to coach the athlete on the bike!
