When seconds count, Felt's F3 will give you the edge you need to take the day. This full-bore race machine will take your training and racing to the next level with a pro-level frameset and electric shifting. Its full-carbon frame and fork feature unique shaping and sizing for excellent strength, stiffness and light weight, which translate to a seriously quick ride. Shimano's Ultegra Di2 electric drivetrain offers hyper-fast shifting that befits a frame of this caliber and the matching Ultegra wheels are as fast as they are classy. With the F3, you have a ride so nice you may never want to stop.

Felt's MMC (Modular Monocoque Construction) method is an advanced carbon manufacturing process that allows Felt to mold individual sections of a frame (see image above) prior to assembly. This allows each frame section to be optimized for its individual requirements before being fused together. The result is a frame with completely integrated joints that offer superior strength, durability and a refined appearance.

Comments:

A well rounded machine. I own the 2011 F3 LTD. The main difference between the two is the forks and groupset. The frame is stiff during sprints and climbs but extremely compliant over rough roads, it make it so easy to pedal efficiently when things get ugly! The geometry is for those who want to be able to get as low as possible with very short head tubes. The bike handles fast corners well, its a point and shoot kinda ride. I would recommend this machine to those who like an aggressive geometry and a great all around bike.

Great Value. Upgrade the crank and wheels and you have a bike you can race all season. The F3 accelerates with snap, is a willing climber, and predictable in the twisty stuff.

The F3 is better than $4k to $5k bikes!

        Comments:

Great for climbing, sprinting, open road riding. I can truly tell a difference in each of these "arenas", especially on climbs - the power transfer is great. Great component set and light frame. Total bike is only 17 lbs and is upgradeable in terms of wheelset, saddle, etc. Can easily be modified to enter the ultra-light arena of around 14 pounds.
