Mike Bieber

With years of experience coaching athletes across various disciplines, I specialize in helping cyclists reach their peak potential. While my background includes everything from road cycling and time trials to marathons and triathlons, my true passion lies in guiding cyclists to new levels of performance and endurance.

I've had the opportunity to coach cyclists of all ages and abilities—from beginners discovering their love for riding to seasoned racers refining their technique. My diverse athletic experience has equipped me with a unique perspective and the skills necessary to create structured training plans that build strength, speed, and efficiency on the bike.

Whether you’re training for your next big race or just want to stay sharp over the off-season, I’m here to help you get the most out of every ride. Let's work together to make this your best season yet!

As an experienced endurance athlete and coach, I bring a passion for pushing limits and exploring new training techniques to every class I lead. From completing Ironman triathlons to coaching cyclists through the Minnesota Cycling Association, I have honed my skills across various disciplines and enjoy helping others achieve their best.

My coaching style emphasizes creativity and adaptability. I incorporate unique training plans and focus on intervals to challenge you and keep your workouts engaging. I’m also a strong advocate of the mind-body connection, weaving in elements of diet and nutrition to support overall performance. With over two years of experience coaching at Now Bikes, I’m here to guide you through the toughest, most rewarding workouts of your week.

Class Format


Our off-season indoor training classes are designed to keep you motivated, improve your fitness, and make sure you're on track to hit your goals. Each session is a focused, 1-hour workout structured around Functional Threshold Power (FTP). This data-driven approach ensures that every rider, regardless of experience level, works at their optimal intensity.

  • Warm-Up: A gradual warm-up to activate muscles and prepare your body for the main workout. 
  • Main Set: Tailored intervals that focus on building power, endurance, and efficiency. 
  • Cool Down: A guided cool-down to promote recovery and minimize fatigue.

With real-time power, speed, and cadence feedback, you'll be able to track your performance and see your progress week after week. These classes are a great opportunity to gain strength, improve your pedaling technique, and stay motivated all season long.

Equipment Provided


We've got you covered with the best-in-class equipment to ensure a premium training experience. All you need to do is bring your bike and gear, and we'll take care of the rest.

  • Wahoo Kickr Core Smart Trainer: Delivers accurate power data and a road-like feel, allowing you to simulate various terrains and resistance levels.

  • Smart Device Compatibility: Monitor your speed, cadence, and power metrics on compatible devices for real-time performance insights.

  • Dedicated Cooling Fan: Stay comfortable during your ride with optimal airflow, so you can focus on giving your best effort.

Our trainers are set up and calibrated before each class to provide a seamless experience. Simply clip in, and you're ready to train like a pro.

What to Bring


Be prepared to sweat and push your limits! Make sure to bring the following items to every class for an optimal experience:

  • Bike: Your own road, triathlon, or mountain bike

  • Cycling Gear: Shoes, socks, padded shorts or bibs, and a jersey or breathable top.

  • Accessories: Gloves, headband, and a towel (you’ll appreciate it during intense efforts!)

  • Heart Rate Monitor (optional): If you want to track your heart rate zones, bring your compatible monitor for more detailed data.

We'll have you set up and riding in no time. Remember, staying hydrated is key, so bring a filled water bottle to keep up your energy levels throughout the session.

Bike Storage


Make the most of your winter indoor cycling classes with our convenient bike storage options. Designed to enhance your class experience, these storage services ensure your bike is always ready for your next session—no need to lug it back and forth between classes!

  • $150: Essential Storage: Includes secure in-store storage for the entire indoor riding season. Our staff will handle set-up and take-down of your bike before and after each class, so it's prepped and waiting when you arrive, and safely stored away when you’re done.

  • $250: Premium Storage + Tune-Up: Enjoy the convenience of our Essential Storage service, plus an end-of-season tune-up ($150 value). Our expert mechanics will perform a full inspection, drivetrain lubrication, and thorough cleaning, ensuring your bike is in peak condition for when the snow melts and outdoor riding returns. (Additional parts and installation not included)

This add-on service keeps your bike safe, saves you time, and provides peace of mind—all while ensuring your bike is always in the best shape possible. Choose the option that works best for you, and let us take care of the rest!

Please call or visit us to reserve your bike storage. This can be purchased on the first day of class as well.
