We're excited to keep bringing your favorite virtual training experience directly to you this off-season. The same structured, professionally coached, intense training you've come to expect from our in-studio classes will transition to a virtual format this season. Grab your bike, trainer, and towel, crank your favorite jam, and settle in to your pain caves for your favorite type 2 fun. We can't wait to (virtually) see you!
NOW Power Zoom Class - Fiona Lockhart

Times: Monday 6:00PM, Wednesday 6:00PM, Saturday 9:30AM
Duration: 8 weeks*
This class is for riders interested in weekly indoor interval based training. This 8 week progressive course will take riders from an opening threshold test and build and develop their strength and endurance through a wide variety of bicycle specific fitness drills.
Guaranteed to make you a stronger cyclist by spring!
- 60 minute class instructed via Zoom
- 20 rider capacity
- Minimum requirements
- Internet access & Zoom compatible device
- Stationary indoor trainer and bicycle
- Recommended equipment
- Power meter or “smart” indoor trainer
- Cadence sensor
- Heart rate monitor
*Each class is held once a week on the given day and time. Riders select a session that fits their schedule and will join each week on that day and time slot for 8 consecutive weeks.
