Rich - Store Manager, Sales
I love coming to work every day. One of the many reasons we are successful is we have an amazing work family and stellar cycling community. My fellow staff are some of my best friends. We ride together, eat together, drink together and talk together. I couldn't ask for a better group of people. We have the most amazing customers and community of cyclists who love to support our shop! Connecting with people on a personal level, caring about them and their goals is so rewarding. Sam - Asst. Manager, Sales, Social Media
Pronouns: He/Him
Sam (or Bergie, as we like to affectionately call him) has made his mark as our go-to mountain bike expert. Everything ranging from tire pressure to suspension kinematics to wheel size; if you really want to get into the nitty-gritty details, Sam’s the guy to ask. He also helps run our demo fleet and leads some of our mountain bike rides during the summer, including our Shred the Red trip to Cuyuna. Sam also handles Now Bike's social media and digital content. When he’s not out ripping his mountain bike you’ll probably find Sam coaching Ultimate Frisbee, carving spoons, or (most likely) fixing the most recent thing he’s broken on his bike.
Mike - Senior Sales
Mike started working at a bike shop while attending college to pay for his first road racing bike. The rest is history. After over 20 years of road racing and group ride leading, Mike has firmly left his mark on the Now Bikes legacy. When not working or riding, you can find Mike hunting or fishing or playing with his dog Zeus.
Sam Sam - Service Manager, Mechanic, Pain Cave Manager

Our resident roadie speedster and KOM crushers spends most of his time around shop eagerly working with and advising clients in both service and sales helping them in their road, gravel and tri pursuits. When he's not nitpicking the aesthetic rules of seasonal bar tape matching or worrying about uneven tan lines, he can be found leading our wide range of weekly summer road rides and coordinating our indoor training studio in the winter. Pat O'Brien - Mechanic

Patrick started working with NOW in the summer of 2019. He specializes in mountain bikes, and he is personally a fan of mountain and gravel biking himself. You’re sure to be in good hands when he works on your bike. In his free time, he enjoys working with his 3D printer and on his truck, and grilling in his yard (he’s especially a big fan of chicken).
Ryan - Sales
Before coming to NOW Ryan spent 15+ years in the bicycle industry on the distribution and manufacturing side of the business. Ryan has been on two wheels from a young age. A daily commuter and mountain biker at heart, Ryan has also spent a fair amount of time between the tape racing mountain and cross bikes. He also enjoys long days in the saddle riding gravel bikes or mountain bikepacking with his friends. Ryan enjoys sharing his passion for bikes with everyone from people who are new to cycling or seasoned veterans. Outside of work Ryan spends as much time as possible exploring outside with his family and planning for the next adventure.
Fox - Mechanic

Fox is originally from Minneapolis, and bikes to work almost every day. He used to be a bike messenger, previously raced on the Velodrome in Blaine, and enjoys "just getting rad on bikes." You can catch him enjoying a good cup of coffee, a delicious slice of pizza, or an ice cold beer.
Stefan - Mechanic

A Wisconsin native, Stefan has spent 10 years working in bike shops. At NOW, he is famous for his gnarly beard and fixing bikes like a master. He rides both mountain and fat bikes. His MTB of choice is a Santa Cruz Chameleon. In his free time, Stefan enjoys fishing, grilling and riding his bike off sweet and spicy jumps.
