Jill is a former collegiate swimmer, cross country runner, and elite triathlete, and is in her third season racing/specializing in mountain/gravel endurance events. She has 10 years experience coaching athletes.
While working full-time as a mother, wife and coach, Cedarholm understands how valuable time is and managing it. Growing the sport of cycling is something she is extremely passionate about.

Fiona has over 23 years of experience working as an endurance sports coach, personal trainer, and sports nutritionist. Besides running her own sports coaching and fitness training business since 2000, she has also worked with Carmichael Training Systems in Colorado Springs since 2004 as a Pro-level coach, working with cyclists and multisport athletes.
She was also responsible for running the physiology testing lab at Carmichael Training Systems, performing lactate threshold and VO2max tests as well as body fat and resting metabolic rate measurements on athletes from a variety of backgrounds.
Fiona has led clinics on sports performance and nutrition for a variety of groups, including the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the U.S. Army’s World Class Athlete Program. She has written articles for numerous publications and websites, including Adventure Sports, Bicycling Australia, Outside Online, OLN Online, and Her Sports. She has been featured on the Discovery Channel and Fit TV.
Fiona is a former competitive cyclist with numerous national, regional, and local podium finishes, including a 2nd place finish at the Leadville Trail 100.
