Arden Hills

Gaby Bunten


Coach Gaby is driven by the passion behind the sport of triathlon. Not only does the sport require blood, sweat and tears at times, the sport encourages individuals to step out of their comfort zone and TRI something new. Her philosophy as a coach is to inspires athletes by helping them reach a goal they never thought they could achieve.
Over the past six years, she has achieved a degree in exercise science with focus on sports performance enhancement, achieved All-American triathlon status and a chance to compete in Division I athletics. Recently, she has qualified to compete at the Pro level for triathlon.


Mike Bieber


I came to triathlon at 19 years old from a competitive running background, thinking that if I could run a marathon, I could swim 400 yards. I did, but it wasn't pretty and ended up with my breakfast being seen by all out on the course! From there I made it my goal to improve and to complete an IRONMAN race. Leading up to that first 140.6 in 2011, I qualified for the Boston Marathon, raced bicycles in road, cross, trail and tri, and continued to work on improving my swim. 


Laurie Feist


Laurie is a USA Cycling Level 3 coach and has worked with and been mentored by many coaches over the last several years on training plans for herself and other athletes.

Laurie's power training classes will be a mix of all the things you love to hate (but secretly love):
rip-your-legs off hill climbing, high-intensity intervals training and long endurance bouts.  We will build over the 8-week session so don't think that you aren't prepared for this!  

Laurie an athlete who bikes, runs and strength-trains (and occasionally works on flexibility).  I'm an avid mountain and road bike rider; road and trail runner.  I've completed in countless triathlons, cycling and running races - everything from 5k and sprint triathlons to Ironman triathlons and ultra running events.


St. Paul

Fiona Lockhart

Fiona coaches the bulk of classes at the Saint Paul location. Her background lies in mountain biking, where she still spends he summers coaching her clients in skills and endurance. But whether you're into mountain biking, road riding, bike path riding, or triathlons, Fiona is guaranteed to show you how to become a stronger cyclist. Her one-on-one approach helps each of her clients to reach their personal goals. Jill Cederholm

Jill Cederholm-Mairs is in her 3rd Season racing/ specializing in MTB / Gravel Endurance events as well as 10 years of Coaching athletes.

Athletic Background includes: Former Collegiate Swimmer (4 yrs), Cross Country (1 yr), Former Elite Triathlete.

"While working full time, a Mother, Wife and Coaching athletes I understand how valuable time is and managing it. My involvement in the Community and Charity work is very important to me and will remain involved in doing that on many levels. Growing the Sport of Cycling is something I am extremely passionate about and make the time for hosting clinics, beginner cycle classes, teach/ coach indoor classes to a wide range of abilities and ages, and lead a weekly outdoor ride.

Coaching athletes to best prepare them for their goals is a priority. Often times it goes beyond a training plan it encompasses a Team approach and working together. Balancing the athlete day to day responsibilities and creating an individual training plan to best meet their needs. Empower the athlete to Empower themselves is something I strive for."
