This is power based training at it's finest. You use your own bike on the Wahoo Kickr making the fit exactly what it should be for comfort and muscle memory. You measure your Functional Threshold Power with a first class test. (FTP is the watts you should be able to output for 1 hour at your finest effort) The work you do is tailored to your ability and size for specific gains that will make you stronger. The Kickr adjusts your effort (based on your ftp) to match the output required by the coaches workout design. You get stronger on your own bike!
