OUR PURPOSE
We formed Synergy Bike Club because we wanted to ride with others who remember cycling should remain fun, even when it starts to get serious.  As we developed, we surrounded ourselves with professionals committed to keeping us active, injury free, and training with a purpose.  Their insight and expertise have made us better cyclists.

ABOUT US
Some accomplished racers in the community agree that performance and civility can co-exist, and they form the core of our Synergy race team.  We've got riders of all levels of ability committed to the common vision of cycling as a supportive, inclusive sport.  We have representation in the road, track, mountain and cross disciplines. We sponsor and host the Synergy TT Classic and the Green Acres Cross Classic as well as cosponsor a TT with the Vela Bella's and Co-Sponsor the Capitol Criterium.  We are open to working with other clubs that like ourselves are open to promoting growth and participation in the local bike racing scene.

WEEKLY WORKOUTS
Team Synergy has regular team rides. These rides are designed for team members only. Other weekly rides organized by Now Bikes & Fitness are open to all. Please see our team calendar for more details, and check our Classes & Events section as well.

OUR PURPOSE
The purpose of our club is to provide triathletes of all abilities a place to find support through contact with other athletes and the triathlon community as a whole.

ABOUT US
The NOW Bikes Triathlon Club is now in its 4th year of existence. Our club members reside throughout the Twin Cities and our members’ experience level ranges from first timer to elite. The Club is here to support all levels of triathletes by offering training sessions, seminars, club meetings, social activities and more.

INFORMATIONAL MEETINGS
The Triathlon Club will hold several meetings throughout the year. Everyone is welcome to attend. The meeting will give members an opportunity to hear from different speakers about a variety of subjects such as nutrition, bike fit, wheels, etc.

WEEKLY WORKOUTS
The Club will hold weekly workouts which will include running, biking and swimming sessions. Please see calendar for more deals.

SOCIAL EVENTS
Club social activities will include an end of season picnic. Please watch the calendar for more information and events.
